Included Services
Comparing fees between long-term care facilities is difficult unless you know what services are included in the base fee and what services cost extra. The base monthly fee at Tanglewood Assisted Living & Memory Care includes all of the following services:
- Room & board with fully furnished, private room
- All meals & snacks, with menus adjusted to included resident favorites
- Supervision & security
- Dressing & grooming assistance
- Showering assistance
- Twenty-four hour staff assistance with all activities of daily living, including toileting assistance if necessary, and one-person assisted transfers for wheelchair-bound residents
- Medication administration, insuring that residents receive their medication at the correct time and in the dose prescribed
- Medication maintenance, including ordering refills, contacting physicians to update prescriptions, and having medications delivered to Tanglewood on time
- Assistance with all necessary medical services, under physician supervision
- Housekeeping
- Laundry service
- Meaningful activities
- Field trips
